This policy tells you how INBIM Software Design handles the data that you send through the forms on this site.
Who we are
INBIM Software Design controls the data that you send on this site. Our address is Tameem House, Barsha Heights, Dubai. To contact us about your data, email [email protected].
What the forms collect
Each form collects the fields that you fill in, for example your name, email, company and message. We also record the page that sent the form, the page language and the campaign (UTM) values of the link that you followed. We record whether you agreed to this policy and whether you asked for product news.
Why we use your data
We use your data to answer your request. We send you product news only when you tick "Send me product news".
Who processes your data
Google stores each request in Google Sheets and sends it to our sales team by email. Google processes this data outside the UAE. Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the Turnstile check on the forms. Plausible counts visits to this site without cookies.
Customer data in the INBIM app
The INBIM app is separate from this site. For the app: Customer data hosted in the UAE.
Cookies
This site sets no non-essential cookies. Plausible analytics uses no cookies. A video loads only when you click it.
Your rights
You have rights over your personal data under the UAE data protection law. To use them, email [email protected].
How long we keep your data
We keep lead data for as long as we need it to answer your request and follow up. We delete it when you ask us to.
