How does billing work?

Do the prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other sales taxes, which are added where they apply.
Who counts as a user?
Each person who assigns snags needs a licence. Up to 100 subcontractors and observers free per assigning user on Business 2D and Business Gold. Business 3D does not include free subcontractors and observers. Enterprise has no limit on them.
Can I run it on my own server?
Yes. Enterprise runs on the customer's server. Write to [email protected].
